He was a great attorney during the process, but once the adoption was final and we discovered that the birth certificates were not done correctly by his office, I tried multiple times to reach him through email and phone calls and NEVER received any response or assistance with this process even though we were told that was part of the service he was paid to do.
Mr. Willis helped us with an adoption almost 3 years ago and has yet to complete the paperwork that I know of. He refuses to answer my phone calls, I have left about 10-15 messages, and he is clearly showing a lack of professionalism!
