A companies reputation is based on how the Customer is treated, and here is my experience with this one. Very unprofessional and terrible at what they do. Mediation took 8 hours during which clients are called “son,” paperwork is referred to as “crap,” temper is lost and very unprofessionally handled everything, from communication to work. Ridiculously over priced, I will rate this guy barley at $50 an hour if that. Nothing was explained prior to mediation, no options were given, and I was left in the dark.
