I had Doctor Valponi as my first physical therapist after I had suffered a back injury when I was 16 back in 2004. I received treatment for several months from Dr. Valponi, he was well informed, communicated with me well and eventually my back felt fine before I'd see him and would hurt a little after. When I told him this he said that it was my back telling us that I needed no further treatment at that time. I had NO back pain for 2 YEARS! In all of my years having to have PT due to spina bifida and related illnesses I have never dealt with a more unprofessional office/ physical therapist . He was rude, nasty, and refused to treat me since my conditions are chronic. Stay away and go to a professional therapist in Chico.
