It’s very hard to get an appointment. The office manager has very very poor customer service skills. I have called a couple of times- was given a generic number to email my referral. Once emailed says they did not receive it. Transferred my call to someone to call me back without lettin me know that my call was being transferred. I’m still waiting on a call back…
I couldn't give no stars here. I DO NOT recommend this doctor. After suffering for many years with stomach pain my primary care nurse practitioner suggested I see this twit. I became "emotional" describing the pain I have and the duration of the pain. He seemed sympathetic I thought and then told me to seek emotional help. I take meds for panic attacks which really do help me, and got me through getting to the appointment and the appointment itself. This jerk replied the meds aren't working. I rather appreciate Dr. Siegel’s frankness and candor. I was fortunate he had a cancellation and was able to get in to see him immediately. As a result he was able to schedule me for an upper endoscopy the following day. He saw me before the procedure and explained everything. I feel good in his care and believe he knows what he’s doing.
My office visit was not a pleasant one. As the Dr. entered to see me the "energy" upon his entering was "bothersome". During our conversation the Dr. replied you need to see as Gastrointestinal Dr. -- Well, that is why I came to him? I left his office very bewildered, hurt and confused. This may seem a little awkward being his ratings are very good, but everybody has a bad day. In all his diagnoses was correct, but the attitude was offensive. (:-(

Thorough, answers questions fully, on time for all appointments, complete follow up to my satisfaction.
It's very nice to have the doctor see me before the procedure as this is very invasive. Dr. Siegel is extremely knowledgeable and had no problem answering my questions. His bedside manner is excellent. I would have no problems encouraging my family and friends to go to Dr. Siegel for any type of GI problems.
