nicest dentist and staff in the area. Going to the dentist isn't always fun but this office makes it a pleasure! The hygienists are experienced and friendly. The doctor listens to you, makes suggestions and together you come up with a plan for your treatment. The staff was helpful and caring. We highly recommend them!
I had 2 implants done by Dr. Braga and it has changed my life. I had no idea how wonderful it would be to have my own teeth back! Thank you to the wonderful, crazy & friendly staff. What a wonderful place to do business, even made dentistry fun!
Implant failed and fell out. They kept the insurance payment which goes against my yearly maximum.
They persuaded me to get an implant after they couldn't put a cap on a tooth. The extraction was ok, but they put in an implant that was exposed. After about half the waiting period, it fell out. Refunded my co pay, but kept a majority of the dental insurance, which goes against my yearly maximum, and won't refund it to the insurance company. Not good business at all. Also, the oral surgeon canceled one appointment on short notice to give a lecture.
Difficult to deal with a change of dentists in this practice - wish Dr. Patten would take a minute to introduce himself - I've only seen him walk in the room; otherwise he's behind me. This is such a wonderful, "informal" office; just feel that I now have a dentist who has worked on my teeth four times and I wouldn't recognize on the street.
Great experience, fun dentist and thorough!
