I am very pleased to have Dr. Heredia as my cardiologist. He is patient with me, and listens carefully to my concerns. He asks for clarification when I am not specific in what I say. He speaks to me respectfully while giving advice, and recommendations. He gives me the impression that he truly cares about my well-being. I trust Dr. Heredia's expertise.
I'm still on the fence about this doctor. I only saw him once so far, and although he spent the time needed with me, I felt there was times he was dismissive. He made comments that made me feel that my concerns weren't valid.

Everyone there was very nice, attentive, and listened to what I had to say. Dr. Heredia asked questions, listened to my answers, my questions and concerns. He didn't rush me or make me feel rushed. He explained things very well. He told me what he would like to do and asked me what I thought and if I agreed. I feel very comfortable with him as my cardiologist.
