I have been seeing Dr Bortniker for two years for tinnitus, hearing loss and a deviated left septum. I travel a lot and that complicated my recovery. His bedside manner tells me he’s overdue to retire….Trivialized my concerns, was short and rushed the situation vs explaining, glad I got shoved some pamphlets and told to watch a patient video online for any questions. Office staff is lovely but that’s the only nice thing I can say.
I had a vertigo episode, and did a visit to rule out ENT related cause. Doc was quite helpful in explaining the potential causes, and ended up taking out a big piece of wax which was one of the reason...really helped me hear better. Day & night difference. Doctor Bortniker is direct and straight to point and helps resolve the root cause of the problem. Excellent ENT visitation!
I highly recommend Dr. Bortniker for unresolved vertigo and dizziness sufferers. I've been under Dr. Bortniker's care intermittently for around 10 years. He has unclogged ears several times and performed deviated septum surgery years back. I have been going to Dr. Bortniker for many years (26 yrs.). I had an issue with my vertigo 7 years ago and Dr. Bortniker completely corrected it with nortriptyline 10mg! I had never had a vertigo issue before until then. I literally almost fell out of bed when I go up one morning. Dr. Bortniker is such an amazing doctor, and just so nice! He knew exactly what to do.
