I've always said it's how people handle things when they go wrong that shows their true character, and David is the best of the best. Long story short, there was a clerical error that David was not responsible for, and it led to my car being trapped in impound for days. The way the situation was handled on his end has convinced me he is the best insurance agent I will ever have. Highly recommend.
