If i could give zero stars i would! I went in for dizziness and ear pain. Thinking i possibly had a ear infection that would require antibiotics. David krass told me that if i was in that bad of shape he will transport me to ER. Yelling at me basically. Asking why i wasn't taking the antihistamines prescribed. While antihistamines sometimes help , i was seeking a doctors opinion if had a infection. He wouldn't prescribe antibiotics, told me to call back in a week and he would give them to me. If I could give zero stars I would. Dr accused me of being a drug seeker right off the bat. Didn’t ask me any questions, I went to urgent care for chest pains, he told me i should have gone to the hospital if I thought I was having a heart attack…..which I never said anything about. He wouldn’t listen to me. I see all these reviews with the same complaints, Skagit regional will not do anything about, O took my complaint to the top and they also blew me off! David was attentive , kind and explained in detail the problem and solution. One of the best medical experiences I’ve had. My problem is resolving nicely.
Was not taken seriously and he argued with me about everything I said and insinuated I wanted drugs...which Skagit does because y'all did it when I had gallstones. He brushed me off and gave me DayQuil...my doctor gave me meds due to pneumonia and guess what I cleared up within a week or so. I was told by pediatrics in the same building with urgent care to get checked out because my daughter had bronchitis and he totally ignored me and said go home and cough it out and wait.
