Horrible experience! Sent my down payment of 50% to Kline Awning and then never received a call to set up a date. I called 4 times over a period of 7 weeks to get a date for my awning repair. The people in the office kept telling me that they had informed the Owner of my calls, and that he would get back to me with a date.
