I recently worked with David as a subcontractor on a major project and he was a pleasure to work with. Great communication, he's very knowledgeable, and he went out of his way to make sure everything went as smooth as possible.
We had Dave Klein Construction do a major addition on our home about 5 years ago and I'm surprised there aren't more positive reviews. We were happy with the overall product and communication. He bid it and built it from architect's plans. (One of three contractors the architect recommended we consider.) Two of the sub-contractors needed to be called back so it wasn't a perfect process, but over all I would still rate it 4 or 5 stars.
