It’s inconvenient that Dr. Kimball says I can pick up my meds. Then his nurses or whoever say “let me ask him” then they don’t get back to me at all. So I have to come in. He’s cool, the other ppl suck.
Dr. Kimball is always patient and hears out my concerns. He knows when to refer to a specialist and is willing to do so when necessary.
Always able to get me in quickly. Kind and competent staff. Didn't rate a 5 only because I haven't had a lot of experience/history here yet but so far so good
