Doctor’s visits are never fun, but Austin Gastroenterology at the Dripping Springs, TX office actually was a pleasant experience. Every person there, from the front staff to the Patient Coordinator, Tracy, were exceptional in the way they treat people. Dr. Kim himself is one of the best physicians I’ve had to work with. He explained everything in terms that were easy to understand, and he didn’t mind answering all my many questions regarding colonoscopies.
