Received a pre approval for a mortgage for which we never qualified. Put in an offer, paid for inspections, paid for an appraisal only to be disqualified in the days leading up to closing based on information provided prior to paying for inspections and appraisal. Out of pocket $1,250. Multiple attempts to discuss without a return call or email. Shameful. Avoid at all costs. Edit: I responded to you with all of my info via email.
