The staff at Brown Health Primary Care is friendly and helpful. I was able to get an appointment with Kimberly Propert on the day that I called. Kimberly really listened to my concerns, examined me, ordered the necesssary tests and discussed next steps. I feel confident that she will help me find the cause of the problems I'm having.
I have been a patient at the Pontiac location for a considerable number of years. As healthcare providers, their approach is comprehensive and patient-focused. Providers and office staff’s communication with patients is outstanding. The only additional thing I would like to see after the renovation of the building, is better signage at the entrance to the parking lot. Had appointment scheduled for 7am. They don't even open until 8am. Is this a joke?
I receive exceptional service from the medical staff at this new facility location. Doctors and/or PAs are readily available to evaluate chronic & semi-urgent physical issues and provide logical medical direction actions / analysis to identify root cause and corrective action via subsequent testing or referral to exceptional medical specialists. I've been going to BHMGPC for over 30 years - you'll be in good hands.
