I had two back surgeries and it seems he has a part in it. Anyway my surgeries are 100 Percent paid through community care VA. About a year after its all said and done, I start getting bills from him. Nobody else has an issue with getting paid. I believe this Doctor is trying to double dip. This happened twice.
