*Update- the office reached out to me and then told me they could schedule me. Waited over a year for a call back from the assistant. I was told they needed to obtain a prior authorization for my treatment. I waited about a month to see if it had been requested yet, as prior auth results are mailed to me also. She told me that she would reach out to schedule my appointment after she received it. Battled migraines for years and only 1 treatment works. Never heard back from her. If their phone receptionist is any indication to the professionalism/treatment provided by this provider, I would encourage people to look elsewhere. I was lucky enough to call my insurance and switch my referral immediately.
He’s nice but made no effort to help me find out why I had migraines. I asked for tests and he would “forget” repeatedly for months on end. I couldn’t work for a years. I Went to a different dr. Got testing that month. 3 months of physical therapy I no longer had migraines.
The office is very clean, and both of the ladies at the front were very nice. Dr David Kaminskas was very kind and listened to all of my concerns. I have been dealing with migraines for so long and I’m glad I found someone who is actually wanting to help so I’m no longer in pain. I 100% recommend for anyone to see him.
