I have seen Dr. Kim three times. Not once have I felt he was actually listening. Today was by far the worst visit. He was looking at his phone, texting, and do other things on his phone. I had to keep bringing him back into the conversation, and reminding him what issue we were discussing. It was beyond frustrating. I will no longer see him. I give him 5 stars as a surgeon. 1 star for lack of bedside manners. Listening to the patient should be your number 1 goal. That’s definitely lacking here. The surgery went Great after 20 years of immense pain. Grateful my problem was found but the aftercare and issues seem to be out of his league. Going elsewhere should not have to be. My 1st review was removed so be ware when writing one. Seems like if they don’t like it and it’s not 5 star they remove it?!

He is an excellent doctor and also explains everything where you can understand what he is talking about. So, that is why I continue to be his patient.
