met David 25 years ago, real professional.. great , kind and friendly with everyone.. he moved his salon to a different location, found him at the end,and was really happy. Till today.. Showed him a short video of a hair cut that I thought it will suit me and the result of it was something completely different not just shorter but uneven and a completely disaster!!!! Very disappointed with their service. Very cold unfriendly staff except for the makeup artist. However; none of them introduce themselves at any point during the service. For blowdry I asked for lots of volume with soft S shape waves through the length which i did not get. The top was flat. Hair was still dump when they tried to use the straightener. After pointing that out my hair was then blowdried a bit more. I left the salon still feeling my hair not 100% dry. They didn't even apply a leave-in moisturizer or heat protect... read more
