Dr, Choi took the time to explain the procedure, prior to doing it. Making sure I understood. everything. He was able to get what he needed, and was telling me what he was doing as he was going along. He has a great nurse Martha, who assisted him. Unusual to find a Dr. who really gives you all his time and not make a patient feel like he's rushing to get to the next person.
My appointment was in the last week of June 2020. I waited an hour in the waiting room before going in the clinic. I was doing a annual pap smear. The pap smear is rushed. I have no pain, and no medications. I am an easy patient. After the first pap smear, the office staff calls me to tell me the first pap smear is, "Unsatisfactory" but that doesn't mean anything is wrong. That was the first red flag.
