I had a really disappointing experience with this urologist. He only saw me once, ran one test, and then told me I needed to get a second opinion elsewhere. No follow-up, no deeper look into my condition — just one visit and that was it. I was confused and left feeling like I didn’t matter. When I asked if I could be seen again, I was told I couldn’t. Does any of the people that gave 5 Stars are really real experiences? I'm the POA of my boyfriend who is disable, I called to this office trusting on the Reviews. We wanted to get an appointment because for over a month he is in pain & have discomfort on his private parts. I spoke with Danielle who start asking Medical questions as if she is the doctor. Dr. Caropreso and his team are very professional, organized good people. I've never had to wait longer than 5 minutes to get called back to see him. He explains the procedure that you will have so you understand everything. He is the best.

My husband saw this Dr two years ago, sent us directly to Phoenix, not because he didn’t want to treat him but because Yuma does not always have adequate facilities to handle what needs to be done. We thought he was very thorough and informative.
