Went here recently hoping my previously infected tooth and my tooth I cracked almost to the gumline would be taken care of and nope was told everything is fine which obviously if your on antibiotics the infection isn't going to show. Stupid, stupid,stupid. Then said what about this cracked tooth that hurts and looked at it and said it's just fine u'll be alright. Absolutely ridiculous man
This experience was pretty nice. They have a dog and it is absolutely adorable!! All the employees are kind and respectful. However, one of the dentists was pretty aggressive when cleaning my teeth and polishing. I have a bonded retainer and I'm pretty sure I will have to go back to the orthodontist for because it feels a little loose, when the dentist was using some tool to scrape my teeth. I have been going to Dr Andrews for 3 to 4 years. Really have a problem with him. His lady in the front office is a really piece of work. I was told that I dressed inappropriately that’s the first time anyone has ever told me that in 57 years I had a tooth that was broke off. I was told my insurance would not cover it. I have recently went to a new dentist that covers my insurance and they’re going to cover two teeth. I had my teeth cleaned and the hygienist did such a wonderful job. Dr Andrews is so kind and gentle! I highly recommend this office!
