This experience was pretty nice. They have a dog and it is absolutely adorable!! All the employees are kind and respectful. However, one of the dentists was pretty aggressive when cleaning my teeth and polishing. I have a bonded retainer and I'm pretty sure I will have to go back to the orthodontist for because it feels a little loose, when the dentist was using some tool to scrape my teeth. I have been going to Dr Andrews for 3 to 4 years. Really have a problem with him. His lady in the front office is a really piece of work. I was told that I dressed inappropriately that’s the first time anyone has ever told me that in 57 years I had a tooth that was broke off. I was told my insurance would not cover it. I have recently went to a new dentist that covers my insurance and they’re going to cover two teeth. I had my teeth cleaned and the hygienist did such a wonderful job. Dr Andrews is so kind and gentle! I highly recommend this office!

I got on Dr. Andrews website and saw that they did implants. I called and told them that I would like an appointment because I was interested in implants. They weren't able to get me in for a few weeks. Went to my appointment and told the assistant how much I wanted implants. The dentist comes in and says they don't do implants. They gave me names of dentists who might do them. As I was leaving, they said I didn't owe anything today. That they would just bill my insurance. Save your time and money. They do not do implants.
