All of the staff at David Jones are really helpful and made me feel welcome. We have bought 2 bikes from them now, Andrew in sales cannot do enough for you. We had a fantastic day test riding the bikes and at lunchtime were greeted with sausage and chips, Perfect :-) The aftersales is second to none too, Kev makes us always feel welcome. Makes a refreshing change to see that they all work as a team sales, parts and service. Thank you we will defiantly be back
Travelled some miles for a dealer service on my R1. They were ready to start as soon as I got there and completed a little ahead of estimate. Invoice also discounted due to early finish. Excellent service.
On a trip in Wales with my wife, they saved our holiday because we had a problem with her bike's chain. Within the hour, they changed it and we were able to pursue our trip Thanks a lot !
