The team at David Jones Motors are exceptional especially Mitsubishi and Susuki Swift. Nick is so kind and friendly and always going out of his way to help me. Also Shane in the service department. The mechanics who have been excellent looking after my cars I have never found a fault in them. Requested a part via email, they said they could order it in, I said yes please, I didn't hear back from them in over a week, I called to follow up, they said they didn't get my last email but will order the part, they let me know when the part arrived by responding to my previous email they supposedly didn't receive, I go to pick up the part, they say it costs more than 2x the quoted price, they say they misquoted the first time but can give me a discount which is still 1.5x the original quote. Yeah no.

OK to deal with but found Kia were 100% better! Bought car off them though. Quoted for front and rear car seat covers but rear did not exist so charged me heaps just for front so not impressed. A couple of other things so wasn't really a happy chappy. Feel like they are great till you purchase then not so great.
Car in for service. Great reception. Not expensive.
