Worst customer service ever. The old lady with short hair in children section always with poker face, not even a smile. You should training your staff better, especially in children section. For the customer service department, one staff Lauren is arrogance, not offer the return for the faulty item. The attitude of her doesn’t looks like well trained staff.
The store is consistently well-organized, clean, and spacious, offering a broad selection of high-quality products. The customer service is impeccable, notably providing complimentary paper bags for purchases without additional charges, unlike many other retailers.
Kathryn in Women’s Wear at David Jones Miranda is absolutely amazing! She couldn’t have done more to help us and went above and beyond from start to finish all while having the biggest smile on her face! Customer service like this is so rare and deserves to be recognised. Thank you so much, Kathryn! 💗
