They are a waste of time with horrible bedside manners and spend no time listening to their patients!
I had a very poor experience as patient in the day surgery at Berlin Memorial Surgical Center. I would not recommend going through there surgical center. I brought my concern to the hospital administration and nothing was done to try rectify the problem.

I wouldn't send my dog to this hospital. My brother was sent here in an emergency and the dr. was a military dr. with no bedside manners calling him a baby and telling him he hopes he learned his lesson. They gave nor offered him and pain medication, never looked at or cleaned out all his wounds, they offered no type of numbing or pain medication while putting staples in his head. Last time I checked a person goes to the hospital to be treated, not to be lectured and tortured.
Very orderly and respectful receptionists. Nurses great on returning calls. LOVE my NP Lisa Gunderson! I stayed in the Thedacare system but switched to this office after experiencing my husbands terrific care here!
