There really is no other store like David Jones. I was in there today and can someone explain why they have turned half the stores lights off? Why there are no staff other than the ones paid by the cosmetic companies? What an absolute disgrace. Bow out gracefully and just close down. And if you think ordering online is any better, purchased 3 niche fragrances online totally $900 and they couldn’t put 1 sample in. This should tell you why nobody shops in Australia!

Security followed me around the entire store practically breathing down my neck and couldn’t shop comfortably and was essentially profiled by the staff for no reason, very poor be better people
