The store experience overall was really good, but unfortunately, our interaction with one of the staff members at Sandro was disappointing. The girl wearing an all-dark-blue outfit spoke to me and my friend in a very rude manner, saying, “Please move a bit,” while we were looking for a set for my graduation. Went in to return an online order only to be met with such unwelcoming attitude. Salesperson on the counter on level 3 took my phone without even asking if it was okay with me. Scrolled through it without showing me what she was doing. Very unprofessional and poor customer service. There’s a reason I only ever shop online.

Looking very tired, worn carpets in fitting rooms covered in tape. No staff anywhere. Dull and boring. This company needs fresh new marketing team to renew this store. If only you would open the coffee shop that would bring people into the shop. Worst decision was closing the food hall in the Perth store. Open a champagne bar, introduce new things. So many things you can do to improve this sad Perth shop. Take note of the department stores in Europe or the UK.
