Very disappointing experience at David Jones. While testing the Dyson Airwrap, an old blonde staff member wearing glasses approached me and rudely said, “You’re not supposed to do your whole hair here,” and even mentioned that “security might come.” I was shocked and felt extremely uncomfortable. There really is no other store like David Jones. I was in there today and can someone explain why they have turned half the stores lights off? Why there are no staff other than the ones paid by the cosmetic companies? What an absolute disgrace. Bow out gracefully and just close down. And if you think ordering online is any better, purchased 3 niche fragrances online totally $900 and they couldn’t put 1 sample in. This should tell you why nobody shops in Australia!
