Extremely hard to find anyone to help & serve on the 2 levels I tried to shop on. Ended up finding what I needed cheaper, delivered online which I ordered while in the David Jones store.
I was looking for a bottle of Chanel EDT. Wendy helped me with identifying the right bottle and went downstairs to grab one for me as they were out of stock in the store. Thanks for the great service
1/5 Extremely disappointed and frustrated with the service I received at David Jones Doncaster on Saturday in the perfume section. I came in specifically to purchase a perfume as a gift and was served by Alicia. I honestly could not believe the attitude I received from her. I had a disappointing experience at David jones Doncaster on Sunday . I was in the perfume section and there was an Asian lady working at the La Mer counter and staring at me down with disgrace with a very serious look on her face which made me feel uncomfortable .
