Tried to return a brand new, unused Dyson product on day 30 with full packaging, but the staff refused and she is so tide( the old lady) I’ve already lodged a complaint with Fair Trading👍. Extremely disappointing experience.
Frafcella from David jones Burwood provided us with the best customer service today while we were shopping for mens saba dress shirts and pants. She has solutions for every problem and is a fantastic communicator! She should be promoted and be given a raise! Couldn’t find our sizes on the rack for an important event in two days, and she went above and beyond to find us options for the right size in-store and at other David Jones stores. Shout out to the very hospitable and gracious lady working on the Tom Ford counter last night. I purchased a gift from La Mer, not through David Jones and it arrived without gift wrapping. Your staff member kindly put it in a La Mer gift box with ribbon and La Mer bag. Really made my day by her going out of her way to do this. Thank you. 😊
