Disappointing experience. A staff member followed me around while I was browsing while I was waiting for my dad and kept mentioning the prices of items in fragrance department in a way that felt insulting, as if I couldn’t afford anything in the store. The whole interaction made me feel profiled and uncomfortable, so I left.
Thank you to Penny and Maria in the women’s Trenery area for all their hard work and patience with me. I loved all my outfits and I just wanted to say what wonderful staff you have at David Jones Burwood. Thank you again 🩷
Jennifer working at the Chanel branch in Burwood David Jones was so lovely! She took so much care to colour match a foundation and take all the product off my skin once we were done. I felt she was really genuine and her service was impeccable!
