I had a disappointing experience at the Chanel boutique inside David Jones. When I walked in, one staff member was chatting with a friend while another was touching up her lipstick. I stood there waiting, but neither acknowledged me or offered any assistance. I had to ask myself if there were any primer samples, only to be told no. Very poor customer service.😅

Had a unpleasant experience at David jones Burwood, visited the Chanel store today around 12:15pm, the sales representative at Chanel counter was swamped as she was servicing a client and clearly had other people in line waiting to be served. So I walked over to Dior counter which is next to Chanel requesting a piece of tissue as I have sampled makeups on hand. It's good please for shopping but I surprised It's coming only one floor now 😏 happy to visit this store
