The lady was on the phone I waited 10 minutes and it was like I was standing outside they have holes in the ceiling with buckets to catch the rain or the snow. If they can't do I'm going to another state farm for my renters insurance. Because u guys suck.

First and foremost it breaks my heart to put this rating together truly it does because when I first met Dave I had the utmost respect for you and Latonya very respectful very professional from day one. I was making partial payments for a while and he confronted me on that from that point it was in full each pymt. That being only 2 pymts before this incident.
