Working with David simplified my home selling experience. The house was priced to attract offers over asking. He helped with suggesting worthwhile upgrades, and which would not help the sale. He also advised which offers were likely to close and how to work with my tenant move out. Overall, he removed the stress from a complex situation.

Mr. Hernandez went out of his way in assistance regarding our property. This had to go through probate, it's a long drawn out process, but Mr. Hernandez hung in there with us through the whole process. He was most courteous, kind and made sure we were informed at every turn. Not only a great real estate agent but also someone who truly cares about his clients. I thank you.

David was a lifesaver. I had to sell my father’s home after he was forced to move due to an accident. Nothing about the move was easy, but David helped me with so much more than the listing and sale. I am a broker, but have never in my over 30 years in the real estate business experienced anyone with the level of assistance going above and beyond that I fortunately found in David. Working with David Hernandez at Compass Realty was the most easiest process. David is excellent at what he does. He really listens to what you have to say and at the same time gives you his expertise on how to proceed. It made the selling of our home smoothly. He was never pushy or wanting us to lower our price right away and we never had to. Our house sold quickly and for what we were asking for.
