Very rushed appt. Very dismissive provider (Oddis) who told me chronic pain is something I just have to love with. cut my appt in half and then lied on his documentation stating he did a more in depth exam and stating I denied things I was never asked.
Forced me to get Covid vaccine if I wanted to remain his patient. After 3 and getting deathly sick, he dropped me anyway for not getting boosters.
The absolute best.
Dr Helfrich listen and was kind! His staff is fantastic!!!
I've been going to Dr. Helfrich for two decades. He's a great guy, I always love the visit and he has helped my symptoms immensely. Recently I've been seeing his physician assistant, Devon, and she's also great. The billing department and the nurse who works with prior authorizations is also fantastic. I really can't think of anything bad to say of this practice.
