Dr Helfrich is a wonderful and caring doctor. I have been going to him for over 4 years. He is extremely knowledgeable and he listens to my questions and concerns. I trust him completely! I am so grateful to have an excellent doctor that I can count on. His office is always on time and the PA’s and staff are very caring and kind.
Very rushed appt. Very dismissive provider (Oddis) who told me chronic pain is something I just have to love with. cut my appt in half and then lied on his documentation stating he did a more in depth exam and stating I denied things I was never asked.
Forced me to get Covid vaccine if I wanted to remain his patient. After 3 and getting deathly sick, he dropped me anyway for not getting boosters.
The absolute best.
Dr Helfrich listen and was kind! His staff is fantastic!!!
