My first experience having a repair with David. He is incredible, I was so happy to have the crack in my silver bracelet fixed as well as the stones reset in my ring. These were sentimental and were handled with respect and care. I could not believe the price relative to the quality of work and speed of time. I highly recommend David, and will be coming back for watch service.
Treated my mother in law horribly. Not accommodating and rude. Thank God because she found a better jeweler that was extremely kind and accommodating.
After spending quite a bit of money here in the last three years, I’ve decided I’m looking for another jeweler. The daughter is so rude. I know David is very busy, but to turn his back on you and walk away in the middle of a conversation because it wasn’t going his way. I’ll never go back. Our conversation was about me selling him some Gold. I ask him what percentage he paid on spot. He told me 50%. I told him I could get better numbers at a pawnshop. Just rude I’ll never go back

I have had jewelry repaired here before but it always takes forever to get done. Wednesday November 19 I brought a bracelet to fix, I explained to nice girl that I can't wait weeks for it, she said no problem it will be ready tomorrow. Gave me ticket and I left. Could not make it the following day so went in yesterday 23rd. I thought I misplaced tic so they looked everywhere and could not find.
