I went in for the first time today. I had three watches that needed repair. The girl at the counter, covered in jailhouse tattoos, took my watches and began to fill out a form she then proceeded to place a watch with a broke crystal in a small vanilla envelope she then threw the others in as well. I reacted by telling her not to do that as she would damage the hands on the broken crystal she told me she knew what she was doing very rudely. I wasn't planning to spend much, but they respected my budget instead of steering me toward expensive pieces. That honesty made me trust their recommendations. I found a beautiful pair of earrings that looked far more expensive than they actually were.

I came here to resize my ring. The price was very reasonable and the service was very fast. When I picked it up, my ring looked brand new. It used to have scratches and looked a little yellow, but now it shines like new. I’m very happy with the result. I will definitely come back here for any jewelry repairs in the future.

My first experience having a repair with David. He is incredible, I was so happy to have the crack in my silver bracelet fixed as well as the stones reset in my ring. These were sentimental and were handled with respect and care. I could not believe the price relative to the quality of work and speed of time. I highly recommend David, and will be coming back for watch service.
