Dr. Netanel Ben Shalom was my neurosurgeon surgeon in 2023 when I underwent surgery for hydrocephalus and had a VP shunt placed. Dr. Saoud removed a small tumor from my mother's bladder. He educated her on the following procedures and made her feel comfortable. The only con is that there was a huge lack of open communication and caring on his end. He didn't notify her that he was leaving the practice, so now she has to look for a new urologist for her follow up appointments to check for any reoccurrences. This is a SERIOUS concern for us. Plus he went on vacation after her surgery but luckily she didn't have any complications. She had to reach out to ... read more

Understand something, nice genuine people don't ever finish last. Keep wondering why I am so worried about them. Here is your answer. Praise and gratitude are powerful. I go above and beyond for myself. This is for me because at the end of the day this experience has shaped me and it owes me something. i have the pleasure of seeing Dr Falkowski and Dr Sterbutzel for my gynecological needs, as well as working along side them every single day. and i can honestly say, as a patient and as a co-worker, it is tuly an honor. Do not deal with this nurse practitioner. She has no compassion and has been an issue since day one. Not recommended at all please be careful.
