Almost since it's inception in Colorado I have been a Kaiser Permanente patient. Yes, I am well into my 80's. Only once did I ever feel that the lady doctor facing me was extremely rude and ultimately she was removed from her practice. Kaiser (Rock Creek) has outstanding professionals in all aspects of health care. I am highlighting (here) Dr. Silverman as my Rheumatologist. Dr. Silverman is always attentive and thorough. He reviews my records, asks questions as to how I am doing, and answers my questions. He is delightful to work with, and always has been.
Doctor showed interest, knowledge and care. Also, the nurse tooked the time for explanation and care.
