I am writing this to warn others, especially those who value their time, peace, and how long it takes to grow out their hair. My experience at David & James proved that a total lack of communication, understanding, a disregard for client autonomy, and performative customer service run from the individual stylists straight to top management. If your hair grows slowly, and if you value your peace of mind, this is not the salon for you.
