I didn't do anything but what they asked me to do as making the house available they did everything else. I contacted them in February. I departed the US in March and closed from Asia in April. Mission complete thank you so very much.
I love Jesse he is the nicest and everyone else that was involved. We had 2 storms that push our closing dates back but we got it done. They are very perfectional and I will definitely recommend them to anyone.
