From when I walked through the door and was greeted with a smile and prompt, professional attention until I walked out, everyone was courteous and efficient at doing their part of my care. Dr. Streitz did a great job talking through my situation and explaining next steps. He listened to my questions and concerns and answered them directly.

This person and his nurse was about the worse I have ever had, this took place April of 2023. First he told me there was nothing in getting scoped, This was for a spot that was found on my bladder after a CT scan that I had at hospital. So I consented to being scope because Dr. Streitz stated there was nothing to it. His nurse was far from being gentle when she injected the numbing lube, and then when he scoped me was quit different then what he stated, after wards I had blood in my urine for three to four days after.
