No trust at all.worst attorney ever! 9 months no calls guy lies more than truths! Ignored me the plaintiff his CUSTOMER? I put up with bullying , arguments and many missed appointments with me and my doctors! This guy ignored the whole judicial process and ruined our lives! Absolutely the worst experience I’ve ever had with a lawyer!!!! I would never recommend Mr. Rutledge to anyone based on my personal experience. After paying him $1,500 upfront, communication quickly became almost nonexistent. Phone calls went unanswered, messages weren’t returned, and I was left completely in the dark about my case. To my knowledge, nothing has even been filed with the court on my behalf, despite him being retained and paid. Terrible and highly unprofessional. This attorney made me look foolish on multiple occasions. He slept during mediation and missed two court appearances, including my final hearing. I provided all necessary information through email, yet I still had to handle most things on my own. Communication was extremely poor — calls and emails went unanswered, and every issue was blamed on the paralegal instead of taking responsibility.
