I have been a patient of Dr Novellis for 40 years. He delivered both my babies and has taken excellent care of my whole family for years!
I have been going to Dr. Novelli's office for the last 5 years. I have BCBS traditional insurance and received a letter from the doctor that I can no longer be a patient there because I live in Florida in the winter. The billing person explained that BCBS doesn't pay enough toward my bills and because I go back and forth to Florida, I can no longer be seen there. The problem is that I was just there last week and was given a prescription for a new medicine and I cannot go back there to be checked or get another prescription ... read more
Everyone is pleasant from the time you walk in the door till the time you leave. The longest I ever waited was 5 minutes. I would recommend his office to all my friends and family. Bravo to the staff keep up the good work.
Dr. Novelli and the entire staff at the practice are all absolutely wonderful. They are not only knowledgeable and professional, but also warm and caring.
