Office staff dropping the ball again. I’ve been trying to get a new prescription sent to my pharmacy who has contacted them 2 separate times, mind you these are drugs I’ve been taking for years. I’ve been trying to resolve this since Aug 7 & today is Aug 20. Spoke with office manager Charlotte who doesn’t think listening without interruption is not part of her job.
