We have gone there for years and I referred all my Ortho patients there. NO MORE. Quality of providers has tanked. Staff stunningly rude and CEO unresponsive. The 3 month old online portal and payment system is dreadful and is broken in many links. Getting through on the phone? FORGET IT. We have transferred all our care to Dartmouth. A onger drive but a GREAT experience and institution.
I saw Dr. Desmarais again 2/11/25 and as always he was friendly, helpful, always makes me feel heard. With my knees and acchilles I became a regular in 2012 and have been very happy through 5 surgeries, physical therapy and more.
