Do not used this company; definitely unprofessional
I seldom, if ever, provide a poor review, however, this company did work on new construction in the Cambridge area in 2021 thru 2023. I have lived in my home for 3 years and the waste plumbing in the second story bathrooms is not strapped down, and bangs loudly whenever the toilets are flushed. I have been calling to have a correction made, and have not heard back for the past month. I will search for a plumber who correct the work this company originally did so poorly. Dave came out to fix a gas leak for me and he was able to fix it pretty quickly. I know he's super busy so I really appreciated his time. Pricing is very reasonable as well!
