My husband received the best care and professionalism from Dr. Lim. The ER at the Methodist Hospital sent us to him yesterday within the hospital. When we needed clarity on the procedure, he had no problem giving us further explanation. He patiently explained there is an infection on the kidney that prevents removal of the kidney stone. Showed up for my appt. Was advised that the Dr is running an hr late… will have to find another doctor, if you’re an hr late it’s a no-show, but we are supposed to just accept the same disrespect? My time has a price, and wasting it isn’t acceptable.
Dr David Lim is an incredible urologist. I feel very blessed to have met him when I was in need of an emergency surgery. I have had multiple surgeries with him since. Currently pain free and feeling eternally grateful. His staff especially his surgery scheduler are outstanding ladies. See you all in a year for a follow up. Thank you again!
