Dr Lim had a very poor patient rapport and bedside manners. Talked very rudely to our inquiries. No matter if he had a bad time with a patient prior to seeing my husband, he could be more pleasant and understanding without a screaming tone considering that my husband was having really bad health issues. We feel sorry for any patient who will see him. We had a very unsavory experience with us.
He is extremely condescending and took me three months to get an appointment with him. As I was leaving the office, I overheard him complaining with his assistant about how my appointment took to long and I asked too many questions.
Prior to my surgery, he spent very little time with me going over the procedure. Had to call and basically beg the office to write wound care orders so I can have the wounds packed daily. I scheduled my follow up on a Monday, confirmed the appointment that following Friday and when I show up for my appointment they do not have me on the schedule and say they cant get me in until about 3 weeks later. Its only surgery follow up, I guess its not a big deal to them.
We saw Dr. Lim today for my infant son's circumcision. His bedside manner was wonderful and a comfort during an emotional moment. He was professional, thorough and patient. I would highly recommend him to any new mom looking for a great Dr to perform a circumcision.
I had an excellent experience with Dr. Lim. He saw me in an emergency room for a kidney stone that was stuck in my ureter. I was in a great deal of pain. He was compassionate and very concerned. He followed up with me immediately the next day. I did end up having surgery and he went out of his way to schedule it at the hospital where I was most comfortable. I had post op visits at his office. Everything with the surgery went well. Dr. Lim and his staff were supportive and kind. Great doc!
Dr. Lim provided no follow up after stent procedure. His nurse came in to discharge us and she had no idea what exactly was done. Very unprofessional. We have tried to contact his office to schedule appointments and ask questions and have only gotten his answering service with no return call from him. Use another urologist if you want good patient service.
Crazy doctor with no knowledge of what he's doing, he performed a circumcision on my son and barely 3 weeks later there's still a lot of foreskin covering the penis, we went back and told him of this, and all he had to say is he didn't know how much skin to take off, now he wants to charge me almost 2times what I paid him the first time for the circumcision to correct his mistake, ridiculous! If not that it would cost too much for a civil case, I would sue his behind.
