Over the past three years I have found Dr. Jacobs to be a strong patient advocate that coordinates with other specialists to ensure that treatments and medications are coordinated. She is personable, detail oriented and seems well acquainted with a wide variety of prescriptions and non prescription remedies. She also listens and provides me with the time I need to review all of my concerns. I have had very good experiences with her and her staff, PA's, nurses, Techs, etc.
Dr Shannon is one rare doctor. I love her service. She will listen to me as a patient. she is very thuro with her examination.She is a good doctor, and she cares about her patients. I just love her and trust her with my life.
Dr. Grubb was my primary care physician for many years, he never had much to say, and if I had a minor health issue he would just shrug his shoulders. Now if I wanted a referral, or a prescription for something, no problem. Every year my annual blood work showed my liver enzymes were out of range high, not real high but all the same out of range high. Dr. Grubb always said, 'do not worry about it'. Dr. Jacobs always makes you feel comfortable when you visit. She is warm in her approach and takes time to listen and get to know you. She makes suggestions rather than telling you what you must do for follow-up.
Just an old doc who should let a younger more experienced Dr take over
I’ve been seeing him for years. He is genuine and cares about the patient. He listens to me and we discuss my care not just pushes his pills.
She is always listening to what I have to say. Such a positive attitude and disposition. Always focused on what she needs to do improve my health situation, and there have been many.
Dr. Grubb, and all his staff, are excellent! They are always friendly, understanding, and accommodating.Dr. Grubb is consistently kind, patient, and reassuring. I feel seen, understood, and safe in his care. Whenever I've had any issue I felt that he was genuinely concerned. He demonstrates compassion.
