Was referred to Dr. Fox by Northwestern when looking for a new doctor and she said it showed he was accepting new patients. When contacted by his office, they asked if I was referred by a provider. When I said no, I was just looking for a new doctor, they said they weren't accepting new patients and ghosted. Unprofessional, waste of time.
Dr. Fox is reliable, friendly, and skilled in the outpatient setting.
I was sent to this provider for treatment of a specific condition related to my auto immune condition. He just wanted to give meds and not actually figure out the cause of the problem. I was told specifically by Dr. Fox to message him health updates every month on mychart until my next 6 month appt. I did just that AND was charged $35 for the mychart message (not covered by insurance). I did not request anything is this message, just responded with what he requested me to respond with.
