Exactly the kind of doc you want as your anesthesiologist. Very nice, very personable. Took his time answering all of my questions. Gave thoughtful answers. Knows his stuff well. I was extremely nervous about my upcoming surgery, but he put me very much at ease. I was also worried about nausea afterwards, but he guaranteed that I wouldn't have nausea, and I didn't. Nurse told me he is also an expert at pediatric anesthesia, so he may be a bit more qualified when compared with his colleagues.
Rude, talking while nurses were trying (unsuccessfully at the time) to find a vein in my foot and also talking to me. I couldn't listen to him while the other activity was going on, but he didn't really care, and walked away. Seemed to be in a hurry, and maybe stressed.
