All in all, good. The staff was courteous and friendly. The doctor was good and thorough; however, he was a little impatient and abrupt at first. He looked at his watch several times, right after he came into the patient room - like he needed to be somewhere else or something. I kind of felt a bit uneasy at first. However, he was thorough and provided information to me in a way that I can understand.
Dr Zaret Knows his "STUFF"!!! I could barely walk from the pain when i first saw him but felt immediate relief after the visit. He's a true professional. I would recommend the lynbrook office over the garden city location because it's less crowded, slower paced and has that old world medicine feel that's being lost in the mix today due to insurance company takeovers.
Everything was VERY fast paced and felt processed like McDonald's. Its an interesting take on health care. Doctor Zaret knows his "stuff" and the staff was knowledge and friendly but overall I wouldn't recommend because the personal touch and bedside manner are missing.
This is my first visit with Dr David Zaret. Excellent bed side manner. He listens to your issues before speaking. He went over my x-rays and explained everything. I thought my problem was my ankle it was my foot with spurs on bone and other issues. My friend told me to see him. I would recommend him.
The absolute best ankle/foot orthopedic on Long Island. He has treated me over several broken bones and always got me right back on my feet. Always on time, friendly and answers all questions so I understand. THANKS Dr Zaret
