I had an appointment with Dr. Pedowitz on a bad day. I’ve been there before and had a great experience. This time, not so much. My appointment was at 11:00 am and I didn’t see Dr. Pedowitz for almost TWO HOURS. When I met with him, I felt rushed and I didn’t feel like he took my situation (bunion on right toe) real seriously. He was kind enough to give me a steroid injection in the toe to provide temporary relief and I appreciated that. He didn’t really give me any fooluo instructions. What an honest and caring surgeon. I went back to see Dr Pedowitz with torn ligaments in my ankle. My first visit was February and my ankle was huge and burning for months. Had no idea how it happened. He said surgery was probably needed and come back when my seasonal job was less busy ( my suggestion). Somehow, the ankle stopped burning and went back to normal size. Why? No clue. Saw him last week and he was very surprised and said let’s do physical therapy to strengthen that ankle. I would not perform surgery on this ankle... read more
Excellent orthopedist/surgeon. He took good care of my foot and gave me some relief.
Dr. Pedowitz MD fussed my ankle after 5 other DR's did surgery and nothing worked. When I went to DR. Pedowitz MD he was able to save my ankle and now I can walk. If you know ANYBODY who needs foot and ankle please let them know to go see DR. Pedowitz MD 1st so they too can have a very successful surgery. Thank you so much from the bottom of my heart DR.
